Joyce Black is an author, publisher, editor, and award-winning ghostwriter. Her work background is in retail management for the previous 10 years. She also has 16 plus years in banking. She loves working with people and helping to solve problems. Joyce has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Criminal Justice and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Joyce has been on Team VCLLC for more than three years.

Crystal is a Virtual Assistant helping small businesses complete online tasks. She also works in her chosen field at the Katz & Dogs Animal Hospital as a Care Coordinator and a Veterinary Assistant. Crystal graduated from Rutgers University in August of 2018, with a  B.A. in Biological Sciences and a Minor in Animal Science. She plans to attend veterinarian school. Crystal has been a member of Team VCLLC for a year.

Jacqueline Turnbo is an author, publisher, business strategist, and accountability coach.
