Incompetech is run by Kevin MacLeod, who is a talented musician who loves writing and composing music. You can find just about every genre of music on his site from jazz to hard rock, from Latin to Reggae, including movie scoring moods from action to horror. All music is license under Creative Commons which means that it is free but you must credit the music. If you have a project where that is not possible or you choose not to, you can purchase a standard license which runs $30 a piece and there are discounts if you buy more than one.
