Basecamp is a project management tool that will help you organize and communicate in your business. You can set up projects, upload files, set calendars, leave messages and more importantly, capture important communications in your business. This was a tool introduced to me by PPI years ago and I have used it in my business ever since.

Basecamp is not super cheap, at $99/month but is well worth it, depending on the size of your team. If you just need something to organize yourself and a few team members, you may want to use something like Asana which charges by user, ranging from $12 – $24 per user.
